A bunch of great (free) CSS layouts and templates
To start a layout, I almost always (nowadays) use a template, and edit it like nobody’s business. This just makes life easier. So today, I thought I would give you a big list of ones that I find most useful. Enjoy!

Free CSS Templates
This one is my (second) favorite, I mainly get inspiration, but of course I use them too. As of now, there are 303 templates on this site, and it is updated frequently. These themes often get translated into WP themes.
Style Shout
Although I haven’t known about this one for very long, these templates seem very interesting. There are only about 20, but I’m sure you can get good use out of them.
Solucija
One I haven’t used, bu they seem pretty cool.
Demus Design
Again, there aren’t very many here, but I will definitely use them in the future :] These also come in WP themes.

Boxed CSS templates
I have actually used these a few times, and I like these… Hopefully you will too.
intensivstation CSS
Although I haven’t used these, people seem to like it, and they look useful…

Again, I haven’t used these, people seem to like it, and they look useful and interesting…
